Customers must register for Miswag before using the service by providing their name and an active Iraqi mobile number (to receive a one-time password). The company does not accept any other registration method.

After registration, customers may use the shopping cart to browse products on the Miswag website or app and add items until they confirm the order.

Miswag undertakes to deliver purchases within a maximum of seven working days from order confirmation. If obstacles arise outside the company’s control, the customer must be notified.

Miswag collects payment from the customer upon delivery. The customer must sign the delivery note when paying.

Miswag commits to protecting customer information (name, mobile number, and governorate). This information will not be misused, sold, or given to third parties.

Miswag may terminate a customer account without prior notice and may pursue legal action where appropriate, including when:

• The customer provides false or misleading information during registration
• The customer refuses to pay amounts due for purchases
• The customer misuses the service
• Fraud or abnormal activity is detected
• The customer posts inappropriate content on Miswag’s social media pages
