Users can browse and purchase goods through the Miswag website and application, which will be delivered to any Iraqi governorate.
Users enter the Miswag website or application and register a free account using an active Iraqi mobile number, then they can browse and purchase goods. Miswag service is available to customers through the website, iOS application, or Android application.
Miswag e-commerce service enables users to browse goods offered by different merchants at any time convenient for them, add what they want to buy to the electronic shopping cart, and continue browsing the remaining goods. When they finish filling the cart, the user places the purchase order and adds the delivery address, then the order number appears (please save the number for reference in any inquiries about the order). The merchant then prepares the order and sends it with the delivery service to reach the customer.
Exchange, Return and Warranty
Miswag applies the merchant's policy regarding product exchange and return, and the policy is explained in detail on the product pages. The exchange or return mechanism is as follows:
- When a customer places an exchange or return request, a representative is sent to collect the product to be exchanged or returned from the customer, and it is examined and the merchant's policy is applied.
- For products covered by warranty, the same steps in point 1 are applied according to the warranty terms mentioned.
Damaged or Defective Products
If damaged, defective, or functionally flawed products are delivered to the customer, the products are subject to the merchant's policy mentioned in this context.
